1 Pipeline Mats (Ekki) // Suitable for rubber tyred vehicles and should be laid to form a single track of either three or five metre width. As a guide only, these mats may be used to support evenly distributed weights of up to 21 tonnes for 3 metres and 35 tonnes for 5 metres depending on ground conditions on site. The client must be satisfied as to the suitability of the mats for the application intended. Due to their density, Ekki Mats/Pipeline Mats do not float and are therefore suitable if required for use in a tidal situation. 2 Bamboo Composite Mat // Engineered from laminated veneer Bamboo which is a grass. These mats have been designed to overcome some of the natural limitations of timber. The panels in the design maximize the Inherent flexibility of bamboo, allowing them to bend on uneven ground. The Bamboo Composite Mat is stronger and less susceptible to breakage. The product retains less than 10% water, compared to at least 30% moisture retention with traditional hardwood. This means that transportation costs between applications are a fraction of those with timber road systems. • Four-lifting points present to help lift the mat • Bamboo Composite Mat is perfect for rubber tyred or rubber tracked vehicle. • Use of appropriate and suitable ramps advised to provide a smooth transition from the ground to the mat to help minimise damage to the edge of the Bamboo Composite Mat. 3 Eucalyptus Crane Mats - New Product // Hardwood mats, designed to provide ground protection and temporary roadway access for rubber-tyred vehicles. • Strong, Light and sustainable • Recommends that traffic over the Eucalyptus Mat must be kept at a safe and low speed as per the site specific risk assessment. This will also minimise any physical damage to the mat • The use of appropriate and suitable ramps is recommended to provide a smooth transition from the ground to the mat, this will also minimise damage to the edge of the mat • Two lifting points present must only be used to lift the mat • The allowed maximum load per mat is subject to the ground conditions

4 Sleepers // All sleepers are of sound quality for various uses within the construction industry. Standard railway sleepers are approx 2500/2600mm x 225/250mm x 150/125 mm. For customers wishing to purchase, we can supply either used pine softwood, which has been creosoted, or new hardwood sleepers (subject to availability). European Commission Directive 2001/90/EC restricts the supply of creosoted timber for some uses including: • Inside buildings • In playgrounds, parks, gardens and outdoor recreational leisure facilities Safety Tip: The use of gloves to handle creosoted sleepers is essential to avoid skin contact.
