Showingcourageinthefaceofadversity,wenoticedalargeinfluxoffirst-time entrepreneursenterthescenewithnew,innovativeproductsandservices. Despitetheirnovelideas,manyofthesebusinesseswerestrugglingtogainthe exposureneededtobecomesuccessful.Afteraquickbrainstormingsession, werealisedthatpossessedthenecessaryresourcestoprovideaplatform to helpthesebusinessessucceed! OurDirectorandAfternoonShowpresenterMatJameshadover15yearsof broadcastingexperiencetoutilise,aswelasateam ofcreativesathiscreative agencycaledTheCreationLab.Thispositionedusperfectlytopromoteand celebrateKent’sproducethroughbroadcastingand socialmedia!

WebeganasMadeinKentTV,withasimilarformatofbusinessinterviews, whichweuploadedontoourwebsiteaswelassocialmedia.By1stAugust 2021,thevisionhadevolvedandwemadetheswitchtoradio,leveragingMat’s networkoffriendsandformercoleaguesfrom hisyearsatCapitalRadio, InvictaFM,HeartKent,DisneyandNickelodeon. Today,atthetimeofwriting,wehave80+businessfeatures,14showsand12 presentersbroadcastingtoagrowingweeklyaudienceofover10,000listeners. Complimentingthese,wehavelaunchedourownbusinessdirectorytodrive trafficdirectlytoourguestsandprovideusersaconvenientwaytofindwhat Kenthastoofer.
