The nose is very beguiling, and reveals orange pith, citrus, grapefruit, strawberry and lavender, with a lightness of touch. Silky textured palate with perfect weight of delicate subtle berry fruit, so delicious, this as good a Leoube as I have drunk. £139.00 £27.80 Superb clarity of colour, this is more floral on the nose, orange rind, lavender and strawberry. There is intense concentration on the palate, and such a silky texture, this is really impressive with good volume, and a refreshing saline lift to the long finish. The palate is full of tension thanks to the drivingacidity, though it is innowaya shrill sparklingwine. The nose is concentrated and complex – with the Pinot noir evident - strawberry, peach, lemon zest and white chocolate along with grilled brioche and honey. It’s quite a dry style but the fruit on the palate is deeply weightedwith such concentration and length that you’re pleased there is nomore dosage than the 8g / l. Disgorged on 19November 2019.
